Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Please reach out via the contact form or email us at [email protected] with your requirements and we'll send you a custom quote within 48 hours.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across West Bengal and are expanding pan-India. Orders above ₹1500 qualify for free shipping. Delivery times vary between 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I become a distributor or stockist?

Are your teas certified organic?
Several of our premium lines are sourced from certified organic estates. We hold FSSAI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001 certifications. Our Amrit and Queen of Hills ranges are from gardens with organic certification.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We stand behind the quality of every product. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked, provided the product is unopened.
