Product Availability

• All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, limit, or restrict the availability of any Product at any time.
• If a Product you ordered becomes unavailable after your Order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative, a refund, or a store credit.
• Stock levels shown on the Website are indicative and updated periodically, not in real time.

Pricing Policy

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Placing an Order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products at the specified price, subject to these Terms. A Contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion.

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an Order in cases including but not limited to: unavailability of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or misuse, failure of payment authorisation, or inability to deliver to your location. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We aim to dispatch all confirmed Orders within 1–2 business days of payment verification. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. You may track your order through our courier partner's website.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to your unavailability, the courier may reattempt delivery or hold the package at a local hub for collection. Uncollected packages returned to us will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
• Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within the timeframes specified below and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Perishable goods (including opened tea packets) are not eligible for return unless the product is demonstrably defective or contaminated.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used tea products.
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
• Products purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).
• Gift cards and digital vouchers.

Refund Process
